More Time?

I'm finding it difficult to balance work and family as an English teacher. The requirements of the job seem to take over everything. I look at how I have allowed my friendships to languish and it is inexcusable. I don't have time to even exercise or do anything for myself. It's sad. Everything I do is for school and Charlie. Even Carrie gets the short shrift. Totally unfair. I have to figure out a better way to do this. There has to be a better, more efficient way for me to teach and grade AP that will give me time for a well-rounded life. I just hope it doesn't take me too long to figure it out.
